Bahan Bahan Untuk Low Fat Banana Bread

  1. Ambil 1 cup/2 bh pisang ambon/sunp**ide yang sudah matang (keluar bintik hitam lebih baik).
  2. Ambil 1 tsp baking soda.
  3. Siapkan 1 /2 cup (120ml) low fat plain yoghurt.
  4. Ambil 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil/vegetable oil/corn oil.
  5. Siapkan 3/4 cup (165 gr) brown sugar.
  6. Siapkan 1 large egg/2 large white eggs.
  7. Perlu 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  8. Perlu 1 cup (130 gr) all purpose flour.
  9. Siapkan 1/2 cup (65 gr) whole wheat flour.
  10. Ambil 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (bs di skip).
  11. Ambil 1 tsp baking powder.
  12. Ambil 1/4 tsp salt.
  13. Perlu Note : bisa ditambahkan kismis, chocolate chips, atau sliced almond.

Langkah Langkah Membuat Low Fat Banana Bread

  1. Panaskan oven hingga 180•c.
  2. Siapkan loyang kurleb 10x20 oles butter/margarine agar tidak lengket.
  3. Di mangkok sedang, hancurkan pisang menggunakan garpu sampai hancur, lalu masukkan baking soda dan yoghurt, aduk rata, sisihkan.
  4. Di mangkuk terpisah, campur minyak, gula, telur, dan vanilla extract, hingga tercampur rata, lalu sisihkan.
  5. Di mangkuk lain yg agak besar, aduk rata tepung terigu, tepung whole wheat, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Setelah itu campurkan campuran pisang, dengan campuran minyak, lalu aduk sampai rata, lalu masukkan ke bahan kering, dan aduk rata.
  7. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yg telah disediakan, dan panggang dalam oven sekitar 45 menit (tergantung oven masing2 ya), atau tes dengan tusuk sate, dan keluar bersih.
  8. Keluarkan dr oven, dan let it cool down sebelum dikeluarkan dr loyang.
