  1. Ambil 1/3 cup coconut oil yg sdh dicairkan atau extra-virgin olive oil (saya pake extra virgin olive oil).
  2. Perlu 1/2 cup maple syrup atau madu.
  3. Perlu 2 telur.
  4. Perlu 1 cup pisang matang yg sudah dihancurkan (sekitar 3 pisang), saya pake 4 pisang.
  5. Siapkan 1/4 cup susu pilihan atau air (saya pake full cream milk).
  6. Ambil 1 sdt baking soda.
  7. Ambil 1 sdt vanilla extract.
  8. Perlu 1/2 sdt garam.
  9. Ambil 1/2 sdt kayumanis bubuk dan tanbahan sedikit untuk taburan.
  10. Ambil 1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour (saya pake white whole wheat flour).
  11. Siapkan 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats, ditambah sedikit buat taburan.
  12. Siapkan 1 sdt gula pasir untuk taburan (saya skip).
